  • Installation & Commissioning: Install the UV sterilizer on a flat, firm foundation, correctly connect the water inlet, water outlet, and power supply (220V/50Hz). Professional technicians will cmmission the equipment, test the UV lamp, and adjust the water flow to ensure sterilization efficiency.

  • Daily Operation: Start the equipment, and the UV lamp will emit UVC light to irradiate the passing water flow for physical sterilization. The equipment can operate continuously 24 hours a day. Regularly check the operation status of the UV lamp and the water flow to ensure stable disinfection effect.

  • Maintenance: Replace the UV lamp when its service life reaches 9000–12000 hours. Clean the equipment regularly using the configured manual or automatic cleaning device to avoid dirt accumulation affecting sterilization efficiency. Safety Precautions
