Automatic water softener
Application: Industrial boilers, heat exchangers, large central air conditioning system, hotels, restaurants, food industry, laundry printing, laundry dyeing, and medical industry etc.
Main components: a controller, salt tanks, and resin tanks. The goal of softening water quality can be achieved, by removing scaling ions such as calcium and magnesium in water.
Principle: By controlling water flow to balance all working procedures, the equipment can supply continuous (or intermittent) water. The flow controller operates the regeneration procedure automatically, you can set the procedure according to needs. This product is excellent with a lot of superior characteristics, such as high automation, large exchanging capacity, compact structure, and low energy consumption, which can save labor force with no need for daily maintenance.
Selection Instructions
According to the local raw water quality conditions for equipment selection. When the raw water hardness ≤ 8mmol/L, the selection can be based on the maximum water production capacity listed in the table. When the raw water hardness > 8mmol/L, it is recommended to use secondary softening.
1.Water inlet pressure: 0.2Mpa-0.5Mpa; pipeline pumps should be added when the pressure is below 0.2Mpa.
2.Working Temperature: 2-50℃.
3.Power source: 220V, 50Hz.
4.Power consumption: 3-10W.
5.Total pressure loss: 0.08Mpa.
6.When the water consumption is stable, it is suitable to use time control for regeneration.
7.When the water consumption is irregular and the original water quality is poor, it is suitable to use flow (microcomputer) control type for regeneration.
