Usage Methods
Equipment Selection & Installation: Select the appropriate equipment model and configuration according to local raw water hardness, water consumption and use scenario. Install the equipment on a flat and firm foundation, ensure the inlet and outlet pipelines are connected correctly, and configure pipeline pumps if the inlet water pressure is lower than 0.2Mpa.
Parameter Setting: Set the regeneration mode (time control or flow control) according to water consumption regularity and raw water quality. Adjust related parameters to ensure the regeneration procedure operates automatically and stably.
Daily Operation: Check the salt level in the salt tank regularly and add salt in time to ensure the regeneration effect. The equipment operates automatically, no manual intervention is required in daily use.
Maintenance: Although no daily maintenance is needed, regularly inspect the controller, pipelines and joints for abnormalities (such as leakage, loose connections), and clean the resin tank and salt tank periodically to ensure long-term stable operation.
Safety Precautions
Ensure the inlet water pressure and working temperature are within the specified range to avoid equipment damage caused by excessive pressure or extreme temperature.
When adding salt to the salt tank, avoid spilling salt into the pipeline to prevent blockage; use clean, dry salt to ensure regeneration quality.
Operators should avoid direct contact with resin and salt water; wear protective gloves if necessary. In case of accidental contact with skin or eyes, rinse with plenty of clean water immediately.
Store the equipment in a well-ventilated, dry environment, away from direct sunlight, high temperature and corrosive substances.
Do not disassemble the controller, resin tank or other components without permission; contact professional technical personnel for maintenance and repair when abnormalities occur.

The selection of regeneration mode depends on your water consumption and raw water quality: if your water consumption is stable, time control regeneration is more suitable; if your water consumption is irregular and the raw water quality is poor, flow (microcomputer) control regeneration is recommended, which can adjust the regeneration cycle according to actual water consumption and water quality changes, ensuring optimal softening effect.
What should I do if the raw water hardness is higher than 8mmol/L?
When the raw water hardness is greater than 8mmol/L, we recommend using secondary softening. This method can further reduce the calcium and magnesium ion content in the water, ensuring that the softened water meets the use requirements and effectively preventing scaling of equipment and pipelines.
