Self-Cleaning Filter
The self-cleaning filter is an efficient filtration device widely used in water treatment, industrial liquid filtration, and other fields. It features an automatic self-cleaning mechanism that removes accumulated impurities and contaminants from the filter mesh without interrupting the flow, ensuring stable filtration performance and reducing the frequency of manual cleaning.
Working Principle
The self-cleaning filter mainly consists of a control box, body, reduction motor, stainless steel filter cartridge, cleaning brush, and sewage discharge valve. The filter is equipped with a stainless steel cylindrical filter cartridge, and a cleaning brush is installed inside the filter tank, which is connected to the reduction motor at the top of the filter. The cleaning brush is driven by the motor to perform a spiral motion inside the filter cartridge. An electric sewage discharge valve is installed at the bottom of the filter. During cleaning, the motor drives the cleaning brush to remove contaminants and impurities, which are then discharged from the filter through the sewage discharge valve, all without interrupting the flow.
Cleaning Method
The self-cleaning filter control box is equipped with standard 485 communication, allowing remote control. It offers various control modes including manual, differential pressure, time-based, and remote control. It also features functions like parameter setting, parameter adjustment, and fault alarms. Users can adjust the parameters based on actual conditions, making operation simple and convenient.
