Installation Instructions
1.It is recommended to install flexible rubber joints on the inlet and outlet pipelines to prevent vibration.
2.Ensure the ground is level, no foundation is required.
3.The grease separator room should reserve a vent pipe.
4.It is recommended to reserve a faucet and floor drain in the grease separator room.
5.It is advisable to install the equipment centrally (leave space for maintenance of the slag removal device).

2.Solid-liquid separation device: Built-in filtration device and particle recovery device, capable of automatic slag removal and solid-liquid separation.
3.Intelligent control system: Utilizes an intelligent management control system with PCU microcontroller control, featuring liquid level detection and monitoring, automatic alarm, overload and short circuit protection, remote signal transmission, and water pump dry-run protection.
4.Oil-water separation chamber: Conical sealed oil-water separation chamber with an added constant temperature electric heating device and mixing mechanism, capable of maintaining the grease at optimal flow temperature for efficient and rapid grease concentration.
5.Sewage lifting device: Built-in liquid level sensor to prevent overflow.
6.Self-cutting sewage pump: Unique spiral structure design with a cutter blade impeller, capable of effectively shredding impurities in the liquid.
