Product Overview
ECH-964 Biological Fungicide is anew-type broad-spectrum water treatment biocide and algaecide independently developed for the problem of microbial contamination in circulating water systems. It integrates high-efficiency bactericidal, algaecidal, and metal corrosion functions, and has excellent compatibility with water treatment auxiliaries such as scale and corrosion inhibitors. It is widely used in industrial circulating water, central air conditioning circulating water, cooling water towers and other systems to effectively solve the problems of equipment corrosion, pipeline blockage and heat exchange efficiency reduction caused by microbial reproduction, and extend the service life of water treatment equipment.

Core Advantages
Broad-Spectrum & High-Efficiency Bactericidal: It can quickly and completely kill common harmful microorganisms in circulating water systems, including iron-oxidizing bacteria, copper-oxidizing bacteria, as well as algae and other microorganisms. The bactericidal rate can reach more than 99.9% within the recommended dosage range, and the bactericidal effect is long-lasting, effectively preventing microbial regrowth.
Excellent Compatibility: It has good chemical compatibility with ECH-964 water treatment scale and corrosion inhibitor and other common water treatment agents. It will not produce precipitation, turbidity or chemical reactions when used in combination, ensuring the stability of the overall water treatment system and reducing the risk of agent failure.
Metal Corrosion Protection: While killing microorganisms, it can form a thin protective film on the metal surface of equipment and pipelines, which has an excellent anti-corrosion effect on carbon steel, copper, stainless steel and other common metals in water treatment systems. It avoids microbial-induced corrosion (MIC) and effectively extends the service life of equipment and pipelines.
Safe & Stable Physical Properties: The product is a colorless or pale green liquid, which is easy to dilute and add. It has no flammable and explosive hazards (does not burn, does not support combustion), and is convenient for storage, transportation and on-site use. The active ingredients have stable chemical properties and will not decompose easily under normal use conditions, ensuring the consistency of the use effect.
Low Dosage & Cost-Effective: The total concentration of active ingredients (CMI+MI) is 1.5%, and the recommended dosage is low (30-100mg/L for circulating water). It can achieve efficient microbial control with a small amount of addition, reducing the overall water treatment cost for enterprises.

ECH-964 Biological Fungicide is mainly used as a biocide and algaecide in circulating water systems, and its specific application scenarios include:
Industrial Circulating Water Systems: Suitable for circulating cooling water systems in power plants, chemical plants, petrochemical plants, steel plants, textile mills, printing and dyeing plants and other industrial enterprises. It can control the growth of microorganisms in cooling towers, condensers, heat exchangers and pipelines, prevent biofouling and microbial corrosion, and ensure the normal operation of production equipment.
Central Air Conditioning Circulating Water Systems: Used in central air conditioning cooling water and chilled water systems of commercial buildings, office buildings, shopping malls, hotels, hospitals and other public places. It can effectively kill Legionella and other pathogenic microorganisms, avoid the spread of Legionnaires' disease, and at the same time prevent algae growth and pipeline blockage, ensuring the cooling efficiency of the air conditioning system.
Water Treatment Equipment Maintenance: It can be used for pre-treatment disinfection of new water treatment equipment and pipelines, and regular disinfection and maintenance of existing equipment. It removes microbial contamination on the inner wall of equipment and pipelines, and extends the maintenance cycle of equipment.

Usage Methods & Safety Precautions
Usage Methods & Dosage
The use of ECH-964 Biological Fungicide should be adjusted according to the water quality of the circulating water system (microbial content, pH value, hardness), system volume and operating conditions. The recommended usage methods and dosages are as follows:
Dosage Range: For general circulating water systems, the initial dosage is 80 - 100mg/L; for systems with low microbial contamination, the maintenance dosage is 30 - 50mg/L. It is recommended to test the microbial content of the water regularly and adjust the dosage according to the test results.
Adding Method: Dilute the product with 5 - 10 times of water first, then add it to the circulating water system continuously or intermittently through the dosing device. It is recommended to add it at the water inlet of the cooling tower or the return water pipeline to ensure uniform mixing of the agent and the circulating water.
Adding Frequency: For continuous operation systems, continuous dosing is recommended; for intermittent operation systems, dosing once every 2 - 3 days. In high temperature and high humidity seasons (prone to microbial reproduction), the dosing frequency can be appropriately increased.
Safety Precautions
Operators should wear protective equipment such as gloves, goggles and masks when using the product to avoid direct contact with eyes and skin. If it comes into contact with eyes or skin accidentally, rinse immediately with a large amount of clean water for more than 15 minutes; if irritation symptoms occur, seek medical attention in time.
The product should be stored in a cool, dry and well-ventilated warehouse, away from direct sunlight, high temperature and open flames. It should not be stored or mixed with strong oxidants, alkalis and other chemicals to avoid chemical reactions.
The product should be sealed when not in use to prevent volatilization of active ingredients and contamination by external impurities.
Keep the product out of the reach of children and pets to avoid accidental ingestion. If ingested accidentally, do not induce vomiting, and take the product label to seek medical attention immediately.
