Central Air Conditioning Chilled Water Systems : Specifically designed for chilled water systems of central air conditioning in commercial buildings, office buildings, shopping malls, hotels, hospitals, and other public places, as well as industrial facilities. It effectively controls scale and corrosion, ensuring the stable and efficient operation of the air conditioning system.
Hot Water Circuits : Applicable to hot water circulation systems matching central air conditioning, maintaining the cleanliness of the hot water system and preventing equipment damage caused by scale and corrosion.
Industrial Circulating Water Systems : Can also be used in industrial circulating water systems that require alkaline water treatment agents, such as circulating water systems in light industry, electronics, and other industries, providing scale and corrosion inhibition protection.
Usage Methods & Safety Precautions
Usage Methods & Dosage
Dosage Range : The specific dosage should be adjusted according to the water quality (hardness, alkalinity, impurity content), system volume, and operating conditions of the central air conditioning chilled water or hot water circuit system. For general systems, the recommended dosage is 50-100mg/L. It is advisable to test the water quality regularly and adjust the dosage based on the test results to ensure optimal treatment effects.
Adding Method : Dilute the product with 3-5 times of water first, then add it to the circulating water system continuously or intermittently through a dosing device. It is recommended to add the diluted product at the water inlet or return water pipeline of the system to ensure uniform mixing with the circulating water.
Adding Frequency : For continuous operation systems, continuous dosing is recommended; for intermittent operation systems, dosing once every 3-5 days. In seasons with high temperature and high humidity or when the system is under heavy load, the dosing frequency can be appropriately increased.
Safety Precautions
Operators should wear protective equipment such as gloves, goggles, and masks during use to avoid direct contact with eyes and skin. In case of accidental contact, rinse immediately with a large amount of clean water for more than 15 minutes; if irritation symptoms persist, seek medical attention promptly.
Store the product in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated warehouse, away from direct sunlight, high temperature, and open flames. Do not store or mix it with strong oxidants, acids, or other incompatible chemicals to prevent chemical reactions.
Keep the product sealed when not in use to prevent volatilization of active ingredients and contamination by external impurities.
Keep the product out of the reach of children and pets to avoid accidental ingestion. If ingested accidentally, do not induce vomiting, and take the product label to seek medical attention immediately.
During transportation, avoid violent collision and exposure to sunlight and rain. Ensure the packaging is intact to prevent leakage.
