Application Fields
ECH-200 is specifically designed for industrial water treatment scenarios, with key application areas including:
Industrial Circulating Cooling Water Systems: Suitable for circulating cooling water systems in power plants, chemical plants, petrochemical plants, steel mills, textile mills, printing and dyeing plants, and other industrial enterprises. It effectively cleans scale and deposits in cooling towers, condensers, heat exchangers, and pipelines, ensuring smooth system operation.
Boiler Water Systems: Used for cleaning and maintenance of industrial boilers, removing sludge and scale deposits in boiler pipes and heating surfaces to improve heat exchange efficiency and extend boiler service life.
HVAC Systems: Applicable to heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in commercial buildings, office buildings, shopping malls, and hotels, cleaning pipeline deposits and preventing corrosion to maintain system cooling and heating efficiency.
Water Treatment Equipment Maintenance: Suitable for pre-treatment cleaning of new water treatment equipment and pipelines, as well as regular cleaning and maintenance of existing equipment, removing contaminants and extending equipment maintenance cycles.
Usage Methods & Safety Precautions
Usage Methods & Dosage
Dosage Range: The specific dosage should be adjusted according to the water quality (scale content, pH value, hardness), system volume, and contamination level. For general industrial circulating cooling water and boiler water systems, the recommended dosage is 50-150mg/L. For systems with heavy scale deposits, the initial dosage can be appropriately increased to 150-200mg/L, and the maintenance dosage can be adjusted to 30-80mg/L after scale removal.
Adding Method: Dilute the product with 3-5 times of clean water first, then add it to the water system continuously or intermittently through a dosing device. It is recommended to add the diluted solution at the water inlet or return water pipeline to ensure uniform mixing with the system water.
Usage Frequency: For continuous operation systems, continuous dosing is recommended; for intermittent operation systems, dosing once every 3-5 days. In high-temperature seasons or periods of increased water contamination, the dosing frequency can be appropriately increased based on actual water quality testing results.
Safety Precautions
Operators should wear protective equipment such as gloves, goggles, and masks during use to avoid direct contact with eyes and skin. If accidental contact occurs, rinse immediately with a large amount of clean water for more than 15 minutes; if irritation symptoms persist, seek medical attention promptly.
Store the product in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated warehouse, avoiding direct sunlight, high temperature, and open flames. The storage temperature should be maintained between 5-35ºC to ensure product stability.
Do not store or mix the product with strong oxidants, alkalis, or other incompatible chemicals to prevent chemical reactions that may affect product performance or cause safety hazards.
Keep the product sealed when not in use to prevent volatilization of active ingredients and contamination by external impurities.
The product should be placed out of the reach of children and pets to avoid accidental ingestion. If ingested accidentally, do not induce vomiting; take the product label and seek medical attention immediately.
Follow relevant transportation regulations during transport, and avoid collision or damage to the packaging drums to prevent leakage.
