Application Fields
Industrial Circulating Water Systems: Suitable for cleaning and maintenance of circulating water pipelines and equipment in power plants, chemical plants, petrochemical plants, steel mills, textile mills, printing and dyeing plants, etc. It effectively removes rust and deposits, preventing pipeline blockage and improving heat exchange efficiency.

Usage Methods & Dosage
The specific dosage and usage method should be adjusted according to the actual conditions of the circulating water system, including water quality (contaminant content, pH value, hardness), system volume, and degree of fouling. General recommendations are as follows:
Dosage Range: For routine cleaning and maintenance, the recommended dosage is 50-100 mg/L. For systems with heavy rust and severe fouling, the dosage can be appropriately increased to 100-150 mg/L. It is advisable to test the water quality and fouling condition first, and adjust the dosage based on the test results.
Adding Method: Dilute the product with 5-10 times of clean water, then add it to the circulating water system continuously or intermittently via a dosing device. For optimal mixing, add the diluted solution at the water inlet of the system or the return water pipeline.
Usage Frequency: For continuous operation systems, continuous dosing is recommended during the cleaning period (usually 3-7 days). For intermittent operation systems, dose once every 2-3 days until the desired cleaning effect is achieved. Regular maintenance dosing can be performed once every 1-2 months to prevent fouling and rust accumulation.
Safety Precautions
Personal Protection: Operators must wear protective equipment such as gloves, goggles, and masks during use to avoid direct contact with eyes and skin. If accidental contact occurs, rinse immediately with a large amount of clean water for more than 15 minutes. If irritation symptoms persist, seek medical attention promptly.
Storage Requirements: Store the product in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated warehouse, away from direct sunlight, high temperatures, and open flames. Do not store or mix it with strong oxidants, alkalis, or other incompatible chemicals to prevent chemical reactions.
Sealing & Preservation: Keep the product sealed when not in use to prevent volatilization of active ingredients and contamination by external impurities, which may affect its performance.
Keep Away from Children & Pets: Store the product out of the reach of children and pets to avoid accidental ingestion. If ingested accidentally, do not induce vomiting. Take the product label and seek medical attention immediately.
