Usage Methods & Safety Precautions
Usage Methods & Dosage
The dosage and application method of ECH-202 should be adjusted according to the specific conditions of the water treatment system, including water quality (hardness, pH value, contaminant content), system volume, and operating parameters. General recommendations are as follows:
Dosage Range: For industrial circulating cooling water systems, the recommended dosage is typically 50-200 mg/L; for boiler water systems, adjust the dosage based on boiler pressure and water quality, generally 30-100 mg/L. It is advisable to conduct water quality tests regularly and optimize the dosage according to the test results to ensure optimal performance.
Adding Method: Dilute the product with 5-10 times of clean water before use, then add it to the water system continuously or intermittently via a dosing device. For circulating cooling water systems, add the diluted product at the cooling tower inlet or return water pipeline to ensure uniform mixing. For boiler water systems, add it to the feed water system to ensure full contact with the boiler water.
Adding Frequency: For continuous operation systems, continuous dosing is recommended to maintain a stable concentration of the agent in the water. For intermittent operation systems, dose once every 2-3 days, or adjust based on water quality monitoring data. In high-temperature, high-humidity environments or periods of increased water system load, the adding frequency may be appropriately increased.
Safety Precautions
Protective Equipment: Operators must wear protective gloves, goggles, and masks during use to avoid direct contact with skin and eyes. In case of accidental contact, immediately rinse the affected area with a large amount of clean water for at least 15 minutes. If irritation, redness, or other adverse reactions occur, seek medical attention promptly.
Storage Requirements: Store the product in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated warehouse, away from direct sunlight, high temperatures (exceeding 35℃), and open flames. Ensure the warehouse is free from moisture and corrosive substances.
Compatibility with Other Chemicals: Do not store or mix this product with strong oxidants, alkalis, or other incompatible chemicals to prevent chemical reactions that may reduce product effectiveness or cause safety hazards.
Sealing and Preservation: Keep the product sealed tightly when not in use to prevent volatilization of active ingredients and contamination by external impurities, which could affect product performance.
Child and Pet Safety: Store the product out of the reach of children and pets to avoid accidental ingestion. If accidental ingestion occurs, do not induce vomiting. Immediately take the product label or packaging to seek professional medical attention.
Transportation Notes: During transportation, avoid collision, extrusion, or exposure to sunlight and rain. Ensure the packaging drums are intact to prevent leakage. Comply with relevant transportation regulations for chemical products.
