It removes contaminants accumulated in pipelines to prevent blockage and improve fluid circulation efficiency.

Usage Methods & Dosage
The use of ECH-100 Macromolecular Chelate Strong Vibration Cleaning Agent should be adjusted according to the type of equipment, degree of contamination, pipeline length, and water quality conditions. The recommended usage methods and dosages are as follows:
Dosage Range: For general contamination conditions, the recommended dilution ratio is 1:10 - 1:20 (product : water); for severe scale and slime contamination, the dilution ratio can be adjusted to 1:5 - 1:10. The specific dosage can be calculated based on the total volume of the system, with a reference dosage of 50 - 200mg/L for the circulating system.
Adding Method: First, dilute the product with the recommended proportion of clean water and stir evenly. Then, add the diluted solution to the system through a dosing device, either by circulating soaking or continuous circulation cleaning. For pipeline systems, it is recommended to inject the solution from the water inlet and let it flow out from the water outlet to ensure full contact with the inner wall of the pipeline.
Cleaning Time: The standard cleaning time is 2 - 4 hours; for severely contaminated equipment, the cleaning time can be extended to 6 - 8 hours. During the cleaning process, it is recommended to regularly detect the contamination degree of the solution and stop cleaning when the solution is no longer turbid.
Post-Cleaning Treatment: After cleaning, drain the waste solution and rinse the system with clean water 2 - 3 times until the effluent water is clear and free of foam, then the system can be put into normal operation.
Safety Precautions
Operators should wear protective equipment such as chemical-resistant gloves, goggles, and masks during operation to avoid direct contact with skin and eyes. If accidental contact occurs, rinse immediately with a large amount of flowing clean water for more than 15 minutes; if irritation symptoms persist, seek medical attention promptly.
The product should be stored in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated warehouse, away from direct sunlight, high temperature sources, and open flames. The storage temperature should be controlled between 5 - 40℃ to prevent performance degradation due to extreme temperatures.
Do not mix the product with strong acids, strong alkalis, oxidants, or other chemicals to avoid chemical reactions that may affect the cleaning effect or cause safety hazards.
Keep the product sealed when not in use to prevent contamination by external impurities and volatilization of effective components.
Store the product out of the reach of children and pets to avoid accidental ingestion. If ingested, do not induce vomiting and immediately take the product label to consult a doctor for treatment.
Dispose of the waste cleaning solution in accordance with local environmental protection regulations. Do not directly discharge it into water sources or soil without treatment.
