Usage Methods & Dosage
Dosage Adjustment Basis : The specific dosage should be adjusted according to the water quality of the circulating water system (including hardness, alkalinity, microbial content, pH value), system volume, and operating conditions. It is recommended to conduct water quality testing first and determine the optimal dosage based on test results.
Recommended Dosage Range : For general central air conditioning cooling water systems and industrial circulating cooling water systems, the recommended dosage is 50-150mg/L. For systems with severe scale or corrosion issues, the initial dosage can be appropriately increased, and then adjusted to the maintenance dosage based on subsequent water quality monitoring.
Adding Method : Dilute the product with 5-10 times of clean water before use, then add it to the circulating water system continuously or intermittently through a professional dosing device. It is recommended to add the diluted agent at the water inlet of the cooling tower or the return water pipeline to ensure uniform mixing with the circulating water.
Adding Frequency : For continuous operation systems, continuous dosing is recommended to maintain stable concentrations; for intermittent operation systems, dosing once every 2-3 days is advisable. In high temperature, high humidity, or high water consumption seasons, the dosing frequency can be increased appropriately based on water quality changes.
Safety Precautions
Personal Protection : Operators must wear protective equipment such as gloves, goggles, and masks during use to avoid direct contact with eyes and skin. If accidental contact occurs, rinse the affected area immediately with a large amount of clean water for more than 15 minutes. If irritation symptoms persist, seek medical attention promptly.
Storage Requirements : Store the product in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated warehouse, away from direct sunlight, high temperatures, and open flames. The storage temperature should be controlled within 5-35℃ to ensure product stability.
Chemical Compatibility : Do not store or mix the product with strong oxidants, concentrated acids, or other incompatible chemicals to prevent chemical reactions that may affect product performance or cause safety hazards.
Sealed Preservation : Keep the product sealed when not in use to prevent volatilization of active ingredients and contamination by external impurities.
Safety for Children and Pets : Keep the product out of the reach of children and pets to avoid accidental ingestion. If ingested accidentally, do not induce vomiting; take the product label and seek medical attention immediately.
