Cherish the Dream in Heart

Dear friends,

I’m Sunny, standing by the banks of the Chao Phraya River in Bangkok today, honored to share with all of you a topic that’s close to my heart -Dreams. The simple word DREAMS weighs no more than a feather, yet they possesses the power to carry us across mountains and seas; they drift as softly as a breeze, yet they can light up the longest and most winding of journeys.

Once, I was trapped in the prison of "dumb English". The English letters dancing on the screen, the fluent voices coming through the receiver-they were all an insurmountable barrier to me back then. I would rehearse a simple greeting to foreign clients dozens of times in my head before mustering the courage to speak. Never in my wildest dreams did I think I would one day step onto overseas soil and take our brand to the global stage.

But a dream, once planted in the heart, will quietly take root and sprout, no matter what it happens. It whispers to us: no mountain is too high, no road is too far to stop those who chase the light; no journey is too tough to dampen the resolve of those who hold fast to their aspirations. So, in the midnight, while others slept soundly, I still spent my sleeping time to immerse in vocabulary and business scripts; while others enjoyed their leisure weekends, I thought about product technologies, services and polished my expressions over and over again. I translated every product parameter into English and memorized them word for word; I compiled every possible client question into a response manual and studied it thoroughly. From that first stumbling overseas phone call, to confidently presenting our products to Southeast Asian clients face-to-face; from negotiating tirelessly with partners under Dubai’s scorching sun, to engaging in open dialogues with industry peers at U.S. trade shows -step by step, We have embarked on the long journey of overseas market expansion. Every effort counts, and every drop of sweat paves the way forward.

Over the years, I’ve truly become a "frequent flyer". My luggage is my mobile home, and airports are my second workplace. The latitude and longitude lines connecting home and abroad are densely woven across my stack of boarding passes. I’ve wandered through factories amid Southeast Asia’s humid monsoons, with sweat and rain soaking the files in my hand, yet I never loosened my grip on our product brochures. I’ve pored over project details in meeting rooms under the blistering Middle Eastern sun, where the heat waves raged outside and the sound of discussions filled the room for hours on end. I’ve even crossed the ocean, leaving my footprints on American soil, pushing through jet lag just to connect with local partners and address their needs without delay.

Some people ask me, “Aren’t you tired of all this constant rushing around?”

Of course I am. I’ve watched the clouds roll and drift outside airplane windows countless times, but rarely had the leisure to truly appreciate the view. Late at night, in hotel rooms, the stacks of papers filled with my work reviews grow thicker and thicker. When exhaustion sets in, I’ve stared at the night sky in foreign lands, longing for a bowl of warm soup from home. When setbacks hit, I’ve fallen silent staring at underwhelming performance reports, even doubting my choices for a moment. Especially when I fall ill and suffer in a foreign country, I can’t help but feel like giving up on my dreams. But every time I hear an overseas client say our international brand “ECOSPARK” without hesitation, every time I see strangers approach our booth to inquire about our water treatment solutions, every time I receive a letter of intent- all the weariness and frustration melts away, replaced by a warm, burning passion in my heart.

Admittedly, our current achievements have not yet reached the heights we aspire to. But I can clearly see that the seed called ECOSPARK has already taken root and sprouted new shoots in the soils of Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Eastern Europe and the Americas. I still remember the Vietnamese client shaking my hand and saying, “Your technology is highly reliable”. I recall the crowds gathering around our booth at the exhibition in Thailand, eager to learn more. I remember our Dubai partners taking the initiative to propose deeper collaboration. This growth is more than enough to soothe all the hardships of our journeys. It is a testament to the truth that every effort counts, and every step forward fuels our dream.

Every time my plane lands at Pudong Airport, and the familiar city lights come into view outside the window, I know this is not the end of a journey-it is the prelude to the next departure. This land is where we have the unwavering support of Shanghai Emperor of Cleaning Hi-tech. Co., Ltd.(ECH), and the earnest expectations of our colleagues who stand shoulder to shoulder with us. Every return home is a chance to recharge our batteries and gather more strength. Every line I write in my work journal late at night is more than just a record-it is a review of the day’s work, a reflection on our future direction, a way to store up strength for our dreams, and a beam of light that illuminates our path ahead.

Because we have dreams in our hearts, every mountain and river crossed feels like no distance at all; because we carry passion in our chests, every storm braved along the way is worth it.

This dream has never belonged to our overseas colleagues alone. It is the ambition of ECH to set sail and expand globally; it is the aspiration of ECOSPARK to become a renowned name around the world. The road ahead may still be rough, and more challenges may lie in wait. But I firmly believe that as long as we hold fast to our burning dreams and keep our feet planted firmly on the ground; as long as we, a team with one heart and one mind, work together with all our might-we will surely break through all obstacles and reach the shore where flowers bloom in full glory.
