From industry exhibition exchanges in Las Vegas, to market research visits in Dubai, and customer demand docking in Bangkok - ECOSPARK's overseas team is embarking on a global service exploration journey with five core cities as the starting point. Many decades ago, we accumulated overseas project experience with ECH as the starting point; many decades later, the localized ECOSPARK team has officially set sail. These passionate and dynamic overseas pioneers are steadily rooting themselves in unfamiliar markets with the philosophy of "taking technology as the core and service as the bridge."

Team Composition
A Growth-Oriented Combination of Headquarters Support and Local Exploration
ECOSPARK's overseas team is a growth-oriented combination of "headquarters support and local exploration." Each resident team is composed of expatriate backbones from Shanghai Emperor of Cleaning Hi-Tech Co., LTD (abbreviated as ECH), who bring years of domestic and foreign project collaboration experience of ECH to introduce mature domestic water treatment technology systems and services overseas; with the deepening understanding of the local market, they quickly adapt to the local policy environment, communication habits and customer needs.
US Team
For example, White and Mike, based in the United States, while comprehensively advancing the layout of North American water treatment business, focus on the segmented field of swimming pool water treatment. Aiming at the water quality problem caused by insufficient efficiency of the swimming pool circulation system at Wynn Las Vegas Hotel, he adjusted the circulation pipeline layout and matched suitable filtration equipment in accordance with North American industry standards; for the problem of excessive disinfection residues, he provided precise suggestions on chemical dosage ratio. Currently, the application for NSF50 certification for our swimming pool equipment is also in progress.
Thai team
Jessica from the Thai team took the lead in docking the Thailand Haier project, which has been successfully implemented! Focusing on the optimization of the air conditioning water treatment system, she accurately identified the core pain points of the system, such as pipeline scaling, unstable water quality, high operating energy consumption and pressure imbalance. By matching a series of suitable water treatment equipment, she effectively guaranteed the heat exchange efficiency and equipment life of the air conditioning water system, taking a solid step for ECOSPARK to root in the Thai market.
Indonesian team
Cindy from the Indonesian team also performed brilliantly. She took the lead in promoting the local production of chemicals in Indonesia and successfully provided customized water treatment chemical services for CATL's Indonesian factory. This not only solved the pain point of timely chemical supply for the customer's overseas production base, but also realized the localized delivery of core products, greatly improving the service response efficiency.
Dubai team
Based in Dubai, Morris has a profound insight into the water treatment needs of the Middle Eastern market. Leveraging the advantages of more than ten CE certifications for water treatment equipment that our company has obtained, he has vigorously tackled the car wash wastewater treatment project at the Jeddah Container Terminal in Saudi Arabia! Under the harsh working condition where the COD of the raw water soared to 14,000 mg/L, he accurately predicted that the cost-effectiveness of the water reuse plan was extremely low, and resolutely recommended the customer to adjust the demand to meeting discharge standards. Finally, he locked in the combined process of "dissolved air flotation + electrocatalytic oxidation + anaerobic sludge acclimation", and fully promoted cross-regional coordination to facilitate the project party to transport the raw water samples from Jeddah, Saudi Arabia to a domestic laboratory for testing, which significantly reduced the COD level of the raw water.
Vietnam team
Tyson and Max from our Vietnam team have accurately connected with multiple enterprises including G&G Yarn, Lixin (Vietnam) Textiles and Vientiane Textiles, which are located in various industrial zones across Bình Phước, Đồng Nai and Tây Ninh provinces. Targeting the pain points of their steam boilers in operation such as scale deposition and thermal efficiency decline, they have customized exclusive maintenance chemical solutions. The solutions have now been approved by the clients, and will help the enterprises enhance the operational stability of their boilers, reduce energy consumption and cut costs subsequently.
ECOSPARK's overseas team
The vigorous development of ECOSPARK's overseas team is inseparable from Sunny's overall coordination. She travels back and forth all year round between cities such as Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Dubai, Bangkok, Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi and Jakarta, providing precise support for the pain points of each team: either connecting business experts for White and Mike’s team; or helping Jessica advance the negotiation of local projects and alignment with local policies; or coordinating supply chain resources for the local production of chemicals in Cindy's team in Indonesia, etc. The high-frequency cross-regional trips have built a solid backing for the overseas team.
