the original appearance of ECH
Every night when I calm down to review the work log of the day, my mind is filled with countless thoughts. Thinking of the partners who might be paying attention to us on the other side of the screen, my heart is full of emotions-this year it marks my 30th year working at Shanghai Emperor of Cleaning Hi-tech. Co., Ltd(Abbreviated as ECH)

Thirty years ago, when I first joined ECH, it was still a startup cramped in a small office. Back then, we didn’t talk about "listing" or "overseas expansion"; instead, we focused on how to do a good job in chemical water treatment, how to help users save energy and reduce emissions, and how to install our intelligent dosing online support system to reduce labor and chemical dosage, so that clients would recognize our technology. I still remember once, in order to solve a difficult problem in chemical cleaning and coating, the entire team stayed up for three consecutive nights in the worksite. We ate bread when hungry and took short naps on the table when sleepy. Finally, when we saw the qualified water flowing out, no one cared about the dirt all over our bodies-we only knew: we succeeded. That unyielding spirit was the original appearance of ECH.
new journey
The days that followed were like a series of "challenges". We expanded from serving local enterprises to meeting the civil and industrial water treatment needs across the country; from a small team of 30 people to a professional team of hundreds, then thousands. The most unforgettable moment was the day the company was listed on the Main Board of the Shanghai Stock Exchange. We gathered around the screen, watching the stock code "ECH" flash, and many colleagues had tears in their eyes-this was not just a simple "success", but the recognition we earned for the cause of "water treatment" through countless days and nights of persistence.

Now, we have embarked on a new journey. When the overseas brand "ECOSPARK" was launched in the markets of Southeast Asia, the Middle East and North America, and when foreign clients held our hands and said "Your technology has solved our major problem", I suddenly realized: the growth of ECH has never been "a company’s story alone". Over these 30 years, we have received guidance from industry seniors, support from general contracting companies, design institutes and consulting firms to pave the way for us, and most importantly, the trust from every client or friend-it was you who were willing to give us an opportunity when we were just a startup, and you who chose to trust us when we encountered bottlenecks. This recognition is more precious than any trophy.

water and guardianship
Someone once asked me, "Working for the same company for 30 years, don’t you feel bored?" I always answer "No". Because the work of water treatment itself carries "warmth"—what we treat is water, but what we guard is the production safety of factories, the peace of mind in hotels, restaurants, airports and stations, and the ecological environment around people. The 30-year journey of ECH is also like a stream of water that keeps converging: From a tiny trickle to a surging river, and then flowing into a broader ocean-none of these steps would have been possible without the pushes and helps from people around us.
Today, I am on business trip in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. I don’t want to talk too much about our "hardwork"; I just want to say one thing: "Thank you". Thank you to ECH for giving me a stage to strive for 30 years, and thank you to every partner who has walked through the ups and downs with us. The road ahead is still long, but I believe that as long as we hold fast to our original aspiration of "doing water treatment well", ECH and ECOSPARK will definitely go further, and we will surely witness more stories of "water and guardianship". Thank you all!
