Jinan Biomedical Science and Technology Park is a comprehensive medical R&D hub specializing in pharmaceuticals, integrating R&D, experimentation, pilot testing, production, and technical services. The park collaborated with us to address the treatment of pharmaceutical wastewater. This industrial effluent presents significant challenges due to its complex composition: high concentrations of multiple organic pollutants, elevated COD and BOD values with notable fluctuations, elevated levels of suspended solids and ammonia nitrogen (NH3-N), deep chromaticity, and the presence of hard-to-biodegrade toxic substances. These characteristics make it one of the most difficult industrial wastewater types to treat.
For the project, we comprehensively integrated the data provided by the client and conducted on-site investigation and wastewater analysis. According to different types of biopharmaceutical wastewater, we selected corresponding treatment processes and designed and arranged the main treatment facilities.
After the project is launched, we will set up a project department and make a detailed work plan, including manufacturing, construction, installation, procurement, transportation, inspection, commissioning, etc., and prepare the general network plan and manpower and machinery arrangement plan.
After the completion of the design, the project will enter the implementation stage, including civil construction, equipment procurement, engineering installation, etc. The design department will give the design briefing to the construction department.
We will also provide professional training for wastewater treatment station operators to develop their independent operation ability, mainly for wastewater treatment section, sludge section, central control room operators and management technicians.
Before the formal use, we will carry out trial operation, wastewater debugging and technical training, and provide comprehensive after-sales service.
