Before that, the customer had been using the method of chemical agent discharge for treatment, with large discharge volume and water quality not up to standard, exceeding the standard of chloride ion and nitrate. The whole plant requires zero discharge, large amount of circulating water discharge, high investment and operation cost.
The system consists of 10 host units with 80 electrode assemblies, operating under the ECH4-8 model with a circulation capacity of 70,000 m³/h. During operation, the average chlorine ion concentration in the makeup water maintained at 149.1 mg/L, consistently exceeding the 121 mg/L threshold. As specified in the Technical Agreement, an 8-fold concentration ratio is deemed compliant. The water concentration ratio in the circulating system increased from below 6x before implementation to over 8.5x, fully meeting technical specifications. The system achieves hourly water conservation efficiency of 45.6m³ per hour.
